a cooking class

Yesterday I spent the day with LT and we were very productive. The pictures are of: Emilio, the owner of emilio's tapas in Hillside and downtown Chicago, telling us about bacalao and the difference between the northern Spanish version and the southern Spanish version, the bacalao we got to eat (yum!), and the two of us, full of yummy Spanish food and excited to get on with our day (we had a lot to do yesterday). It was such a good time! I suggested to the hostess that the next class be a demonstration on croquetas. I can't wait for that one!

I just picked up 4 rolls of film from the past year so I'll share those as soon as I get them all scanned in.
